Online Bread Class & Bake-Along

An online class with me, where I walk through a part of how I bake: starter and levain, mix day, shaping and my daisy, and bake morning. Then we bake along together, each of us in our own kitchen.

You'll watch each step up close, take notes, and ask me anything as we go.

These are demonstrations. Please join in online at your scheduled time.

$100, one time. Pick the online class or bake-along you'd like to join. Classes are Mondays from 10 AM to 12 PM Pacific, and bake-alongs are the first Wednesday of the month from 8 AM to 9 AM Pacific. It's recorded, so you can bake along whenever it works for you.
