Welcome! I’m Susie, and I’m thrilled you’re here! As you can see from the photo, I’m in my happy place when I have a big batch of dough in front of me. From my cozy home in Olivenhain (a charming community in Encinitas, CA), I bake fresh sourdough bread daily with love and care.

All my sourdough products are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and if you’re new, I’ll send you a friendly email or text to confirm your order details for your first porch pickup.

Baking is my way of spreading joy and connection and I’m grateful to everyone who gives me the chance to “bake the world a better place”. Inspired by scripture, I’m reminded of Mark 8:5, where Jesus asks, “How much bread do you have?” and John 6:35, where He declares, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never be hungry again.” These verses guide my passion and love for sharing with our community.
