Welcome! I'm Susie, and I'm so glad you're here! As you can see from the photo, I'm in my happy place with a big batch of dough in front of me. From my cozy home in sunny San Diego, California, I bake sourdough with love and care, and now I'm here to show you how. Real sourdough is a slow, three-day ferment, and my baking guides walk you through it one simple step at a time.
