TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Susie's Sourdough (susiessourdough.com). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

All products offered by Susie's Sourdough are handmade artisan sourdough bread and baked goods. Orders are placed through our online store at susiessourdough.com. All orders require local pickup at our designated pickup location in Encinitas, California. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse service at our discretion.

2. SUBSCRIPTIONS

We offer subscription plans for recurring bread orders at weekly, bi-weekly, or tri-weekly intervals. Subscribers may receive discounts on their orders. Subscriptions can be paused, resumed, or cancelled through your customer account portal. Subscription billing occurs approximately 3-4 days before your scheduled pickup date.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify's secure payment system. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. PICKUP POLICY

Orders must be picked up at the scheduled date and time selected during checkout. If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us in advance.

5. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

Program Name: Susie's Sourdough Customer Messaging

Description: By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications through your Shopify customer account, you consent to receive text messages from Susie's Sourdough including order confirmations, pickup reminders, subscription updates, and customer service communications.

Message Frequency: Typically 1-5 messages per month depending on your orders and subscriptions.

Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and no further texts will be sent.
