Welcome to Susie's Sourdough (susiessourdough.com). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

GUIDES, MEMBERSHIPS, AND ONLINE CLASSES Susie's Sourdough offers downloadable baking method guides, memberships, online classes & bake-alongs. No food is sold through this website. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
MEMBERSHIPS A membership gives you access to the method guide library, online classes & bake-alongs, and, for some tiers, the club experience. Billing and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Each membership includes guide downloads each year: Susie's Baking Club Membership includes 3 guide downloads, Copper Crest Family Table Membership includes 5, and Hearth & Harvest Club Membership includes unlimited guide downloads. Your downloads reset every January 1, so you start fresh each new year.
PRICING AND PAYMENT Prices for guides, memberships, and online classes are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify's secure payment system. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
ONLINE CLASSES & BAKE-ALONGS Online classes & bake-alongs are demonstrations only. Please join in at your scheduled time, and let me know in advance if you can't make it.
SMS/TEXT MESSAGING TERMS Program Name: Susie's Sourdough Customer Messaging Description: By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications through your Shopify customer account, you consent to receive text messages from Susie's Sourdough including purchase confirmations, online class and bake-along reminders, membership updates, and customer service communications. Message Frequency: Typically 1-5 messages per month depending on your membership and online classes. Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details. Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a confirmation and no further texts will be sent.
