Classes
An online class with me, where I walk through a part of how I bake: starter and levain, mix day, shaping and my daisy, and bake morning. Then we bake along together, each of us in our own kitchen.
You'll watch each step up close, take notes, and ask me anything as we go.
When we meet: Online classes are every Monday from 10 AM to 12 PM Pacific, and online bake-alongs are the first Wednesday of each month from 8 AM to 9 AM Pacific. Every one is recorded, so you can bake along whenever it works for you.
