Sourdough Pain de Mie - soft, square-shaped sandwich bread

“Pain de Mie" is French for “soft bread” and it has a signature thin crust. This 13”-long loaf is perfect for small 4”x4” sandwiches, handcrafted & double fermented with the highest quality ingredients available, including raw local honey, 100% Italian olive oil, and leavened with a 225-year old culture from Paris, France. By request, the lid can also be left off for a traditional "domed" top. 🇫🇷
Sliced loaves are available upon request - just let us know in the notes section when you checkout. 1/2" slices yield about 21-22 slices + 2 heel/ends.
